HEMAV raised €8M co-led by Dutch funds Future Food Fund and PureTerra Ventures together with Spanish climate fund Inclimo, with no single lead named. The money will scale LAYERS, its AI SaaS platform for crop-yield forecasting, which digitised 9.2 million hectares across 24 countries in 2024; the deal also came with a consolidation of the company's previously fragmented shareholder base.
