Global Portfolio Investments, the investment vehicle of the Domínguez family (owners of Mayoral), injected €10M to lead Sateliot's Series B, taking a stake above 10% and joining Indra, Cellnex and Sepides as core Spanish shareholders. The wider Series B was targeted at around €30M and later reached €70M with further investors; Sateliot had raised roughly €25M before this round.
