Spanish fixed-price eyewear brand Miller & Marc closed just over €1M to fund retail expansion in Germany and Spain, made up of two equity tranches of €500K and €350K plus €250K of debt, mostly subscribed by existing shareholders. Italian acetate group Mazzucchelli, an investor since 2020, was the main backer, putting in around €750K.
