Embat — Series B · €30M

Madrid-based treasury management fintech Embat raised a €30 million Series B led by Cathay Innovation, with Creandum, Samaipata, 4Founders Capital and VentureFriends also participating; the round brings total capital raised since 2021 to more than €50 million. Embat will fund global expansion — particularly the UK and Germany — and invest in agentic AI for corporate treasury, including its 'TellMe' AI treasury analyst, serving over 400 companies from offices in Madrid, London, Munich and Berlin.
