Barcelona-based Dolfin raised a €2.1 million seed round led by Swanlaab Venture Factory, with Archipiélago Next, Inveready and Dozen Investments participating. Founded in 2023 by Daniel Seror and Antoni Bardina, its AI-native platform lets RevOps, finance and HR teams design and run sales commission plans without spreadsheets, integrating with CRM, ERP and HRIS; the funds will accelerate engineering and go-to-market across Europe and the US.
