Nutual, founded in 2021, raised €750,000 from Antai Ventures, the Institut Català de Finances, Castiventures and the CDTI's Neotec programme. It runs two lines: unlocking home equity for seniors who stay in their homes, and an AI/location-intelligence platform to search, analyse and finance property purchases, having analysed over €425 million of real estate.
