Valencia-based people-management startup Fresh People closed a €2.6 million round led by Inveready to launch and scale Booster, its AI leadership copilot for managers, and rebranded itself around the product. The company says Booster is already used by more than 2,000 managers at firms such as Acciona, LaLiga and Kave Home, and the capital will fund international expansion into the US and Latin America.
