Profesiolan is a Spanish digital marketplace and self-described "AI-native investment bank" for lower-market M&A, connecting buyers (search funds, MBIs, family offices, private equity and individual investors) with verified SMEs and micro-SMEs for sale, as well as second-hand business fixed assets. It started in 2021 as a B2B marketplace for used business equipment and business transmission, and has since pivoted toward SME acquisition dealflow, charging no retainers and a 1.5% success fee; it claims 700+ listed businesses, 2,000+ active buyers and ~€400M of aggregate buying power. Based in Bilbao (Basque Country), it went through BerriUp's 17th acceleration batch in 2024 and works with public partners such as SPRI, the Basque Government, UPV/EHU and Deusto Emprende.
