Denarius (legal entity Denarius Finance S.A.) is a Madrid-based fintech that operates as Spain's first neobank specialised in the healthcare sector, serving doctors, dentists, pharmacists, clinics and other health businesses. Beyond financing, it offers a catalogue of financial and non-financial products covering the opening, transfer and day-to-day management of healthcare practices. It raised €7M in 2024 and closed a second tranche of €11.2M, taking its Series A to €18.2M; the rounds were backed by Spanish family offices and private investors from healthcare and banking rather than named VC funds, and ex-Santander executive Francisco Martín López-Quesada chairs the board.
