Masunga (formerly Solaris Offgrid, rebranded in 2025) builds digital and financial infrastructure that standardises credit operations for last-mile distributors in climate-resilience sectors such as solar/energy access, climate-smart agriculture, water and microfinance. It runs two products: PaygOps, an open-source no-code platform digitalising field operations, supply chains and credit-based (PAYGo) sales, and Bridgin, a receivables-financing platform that converts loan contracts into off-balance-sheet capital by connecting operators with investors. Founded in 2014, it is HQ'd in London (Imperial College incubator) with offices in Valencia, Spain and Mwanza, Tanzania, claims 6M+ people reached across 40+ countries and ~€150M of loans managed, and has raised roughly $1.6M across a small number of impact/equity rounds.
