Rungie is a Web3 company that builds 'supercommunities' connecting artists, brands, franchises and content creators directly with their audiences using blockchain technology, best known for Mito, an NFT art gallery for Spanish-speaking artists built on Polygon. Founded in 2021 and operating out of Barcelona (with a registered entity in Funchal, Portugal), it raised a €1.5M seed round in July 2022 led by K Fund with Webedia participating, and grew its team past 20 people, adding ex-FC Barcelona sponsorship director Cinto Ajram as business director and Skitude/Spotlio founder Marc Bigas as an executive.
