Overexport (legal entity Overstock Export S.L.) is a Spanish B2B marketplace and trading platform that helps manufacturers and distributors — especially in construction materials and industrial goods — sell overstock and surplus inventory safely outside their normal distribution networks, protecting brand and channel pricing. It focuses on emerging markets in Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean, and builds digital tools that let local individuals become self-employed resellers, positioning itself in the circular economy (tailwind from Spain's 2022 circular economy law banning destruction of surplus stock). Founded 2019-2020, it is a very small team (2-10 employees) headquartered in Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona; it has raised roughly $520K at a ~€2M valuation.
