Innkia is a Basque Country enterprise-AI venture launched in 2025 as a corporate spin-off of LABORAL Kutxa, IKERLAN and MONDRAGON, with support from the Basque Government's Basque Tek Ventures program. It builds two platforms — NK-CODEx (AI-driven legacy code modernization and automated testing) and NK-AIgovernance (AI governance/risk-compliance tooling) — targeting critical industrial sectors like railways, energy, banking and embedded systems. It is headquartered in Arrasate-Mondragón (Basque Country) and has no traditional individual founders — it was co-created by the three backing institutions and is led by a CEO.
