Naru Healthcare (legal entity Naru Intelligence Solutions S.L.) is a Basque healthtech company that uses AI and machine learning to turn Real-World Data from hospitals and patients into Real-World Evidence, supporting clinical trials, observational studies and oncology research. Its products include Step PROMs (an ePRO platform for patient-reported outcomes), Step Oncology and the RWEvolution European multicentre real-world-evidence initiative. Founded in Donostia-San Sebastián at BIC Gipuzkoa by two engineers, it has ~11-50 employees, has raised roughly €1.9M across seed rounds backed largely by Basque/Spanish public-private funds, and won the Roche Farma Spain Startup Creasphere award. It is headquartered in San Sebastián.
