Ubikare is a Basque healthtech company (founded 2016, incorporated 2017, based in the Bilbao metropolitan area, Bizkaia) that provides integrated home health and social care for elderly, frail and dependent people, and sells NAIHA, its AI-driven Class IIa medical-device software platform that unifies social, clinical and health data to automate care plans, resource management and evidence-based decisions. Its software is used across social care, healthcare and clinical trials, with 15,000+ licences deployed among healthcare organisations and public administrations. Mutua Madrileña (MutuaVentures) took a 16% strategic stake in September 2021, and the company expanded its services from the Basque Country to Madrid; it employs roughly 45-50 people.
