TrustWorks is a European privacy management and AI governance SaaS platform that helps privacy, legal, IT and security teams automate data mapping/RoPA, DSARs, privacy and AI risk assessments, vendor management and EU AI Act compliance. Founded in 2020 as QueryLayer and later rebranded, it is headquartered in Valencia, Spain with additional offices in Dublin and São Paulo, and counts Randstad, Westinghouse, VTEX, Glovo, Luno, Fenergo, TravelPerk and Flywire among its customers. It won 'Most Impactful Data Privacy Product' at the PICCASO Awards and a Google Cloud AI Innovation Award; it has raised roughly $6M total, including a €2M seed led by Nauta Capital (2021) and a follow-on round led by Elkstone announced in August 2025.
