Graddus is a Spanish edtech startup that runs an AI-powered academic and career guidance platform: students take a free vocational test and receive personalised recommendations on university degrees, vocational training (FP) and master's programmes, based on an algorithm reportedly weighing ~150 variables plus Spanish labour-market data. Founded in February 2023 by three IE Business School MBAs, it works both B2C and B2B with schools and educational centres, and guided over 120,000 students during the 2024/25 academic year (130,000+ cumulative). In March 2026 it closed a €600K seed round led by Successful Fund I FCRE alongside business angels, complemented by an ENISA loan (€102K, after an earlier €67K one) and CDTI Neotec support; it was named most innovative company and best investment opportunity at SIMO Educación 2023.
