Ratio is a Barcelona-based proptech that digitalises the full residential and commercial real estate development cycle, connecting Spanish developers with international investors through a platform covering project structuring and financing, project management, process automation, investor onboarding/reporting and pre-sales. It handles legally compliant investor registration, AI-assisted tax and legal Q&A, digital signature and multi-currency profit distribution, and also runs the 'Club de Inversión Ratio' for off-market opportunities. Launched in January 2024, it facilitated over €10M of real estate investment across six Barcelona projects with ~170 international investors in its first year, raised €650K in 2025, and later invested €400K to launch Ratio AI, described as the first Claude connector built for real estate developers.
