ODOS is a climate-action and sustainability data platform for the agri-food sector, focused on livestock and crop supply chains (dairy, beef, swine, olives, wine). Its software consolidates farm and supplier sustainability data, calculates emissions and biodiversity metrics for MRV/CSRD-style reporting, and recommends science-backed mitigation actions toward net zero. A joint University College Dublin / Trinity College Dublin spin-out founded in 2020 (originally Carbon Harvesters), it operates from NovaUCD in Dublin and Lanzadera in Valencia, works with customers including CAPSA FOOD, COVAP, Kaiku, Carbery, Cargill and Schreiber Foods, and closed a €680k round in July 2025.
