EEltex
Eltex is a Barcelona-based residential electrification company that sells and installs solar panels, heat pumps (aerotermia), home batteries and EV chargers, operating an end-to-end platform covering lead qualification, feasibility studies, pricing, financing, logistics and a network of certified installers. Founded in 2021 by Belgian entrepreneur Charles Deknudt (with co-founder Edrit Salijaj running the Belgian entity), it bootstrapped to roughly €10M revenue in 2025, became the first authorised Starlink installer in Spain, and closed its first institutional round of €1.8M in December 2025 led by German climate funds Vireo Ventures and kopa ventures, targeting €30M revenue in 2026 and expansion into Italy and Poland. The operating entity Eltex Solar SL filed for concurso de acreedores (Spanish insolvency) in mid-2026, with the workforce laid off and activity halted. An October 2024 acquisition by SolarMente was announced but never completed, and SolarMente itself entered insolvency in 2026.
