Pragmatech AI Solutions is a Spanish healthtech startup building AI-based clinical decision support for clinical microbiology and infectious diseases, combining machine learning, NLP and data analytics for hospital use. Its flagship product iAST® is an AI antibiotic-prescribing support tool that obtained CE marking in July 2025 and is clinically shown to cut prescribing errors and favour treatments with lower resistance potential. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Oviedo (Asturias), it closed a €650k seed round in December 2025/January 2026 led by First Drop VC with Urriellu Ventures, an ENISA loan and converted notes.
