Hispatec (Hispatec Agrointeligencia, legally Grupo Hispatec Informática Empresarial, S.A.) is a Spanish AgTech software company that digitises the agri-food value chain "from seed to market", best known for ERPagro — the sector's first agri-food ERP — plus farm management, traceability, logistics and agricultural AI/analytics products. Founded in Almería in the mid-1980s out of the region's intensive greenhouse horticulture industry, it now has ~185-200 employees, 7 subsidiaries and 600+ clients operating in 30+ countries, with a strong Latin American footprint (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil) and a 2025 expansion into Italy. It is not a venture-stage startup: it is a 40-year-old profitable software group that took growth capital from Three Hills in January 2024 and has been acquiring (e.g. Anserlog, Feb 2025). It is headquartered in Almería.
