Dondever
Dondever (Dondever.com) is a free Spanish-language search engine and discovery portal for streaming content, telling users on which platform (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Filmin, Movistar Plus+, etc.) a given film, series or documentary is available, plus personalised recommendations. Launched in Spain in October 2023 by serial entrepreneur Sergi Villaubí (previously founder of apartment comparison site Apartum, sold in 2020), it started with roughly €100,000 of angel money and has since expanded into Mexico and Latin America, growing its catalogue to tens of thousands of titles with no monetisation model yet beyond planned affiliate commissions. It is headquartered in Barcelona; its investors are individual business angels such as InfoJobs founder Nacho González-Barros rather than VC funds.
