BBilldin
Billdin is a Valencia-based construction tech startup (legal entity SIDE QUEST APES S.L.) whose cloud SaaS unifies cost control for building projects — budgeting, certification, purchasing, labour tracking and real-time expense allocation in a single collaborative tool, with API/Holded ERP integration. It grew out of AT4, founder Pedro Agulló's own construction firm, launched its first commercial version in 2023, and sells to construction companies, freelancers, technicians and installers. It was accelerated by Lanzadera and in 2024 closed a €430,000 capital increase backed by Angels, Juan Roig's investment vehicle; at the time it reported ~12 employees, 54 client construction companies and 300+ platform users, and was seeking a further ~€600k round.
