CConstrik
Constrik is a Castelldefels-based (Barcelona) construction-software startup that makes an AI platform for the estimating and tendering departments of construction firms, aimed mainly at Spanish residential builders. The platform reads bills of quantities (BC3), BIM models (IFC) and PDF drawings to shorten estimating timelines, reduce bidding errors, centralise company know-how and prepare projects for execution. Two construction companies use it: a large Catalan construction group, after completing a pilot, and San Martín, a builder with more than a century of history, which has begun rolling it out. The company raised a €350,000 pre-seed round led by Plus Partners to deploy the platform among large and mid-sized builders.
