Widhoc Smart Solutions is a Spanish agritech company, founded in 2012 as a spin-off of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, that builds proprietary hardware and software for precision agriculture and efficient water management — including the solar-powered D-Wide datalogger, B-Wide smart buoys for reservoirs, satellite remote sensing and the 4eGrowth AI SaaS platform. It monitors more than 100,000 hectares and closed its first funding round of nearly €2M in July 2024 at a €45M valuation, led by Bongerma VF, the vehicle of the Vercher Fons brothers (former owners of Bollo). In late 2025 it acquired Seville-based agri-AI firm ec2ce for roughly €1M; the company is led by CEO Ignacio Delgado, with Roberto Lifante as Director of Strategy and Innovation. It is headquartered in La Palma, Cartagena (Murcia).
