Ebro
Ebro is a Spanish automotive brand revived in 2023 by EV Motors, which acquired the historic Ebro trademark in 2021 and re-industrialised the former Nissan plant in Barcelona's Zona Franca. Through a joint venture with China's Chery, it assembles and sells hybrid, plug-in hybrid and petrol SUVs (s400, s700, s800, s900) plus an electric pickup, and has passed 30,000 registrations in Spain. Its parent, Ebro EV Motors, has been publicly listed on BME Growth (ticker EBROM) since October 2024, and the company is headquartered in Barcelona.
