Silence (legal entity Scutum Logistic S.L., branded Silence Urban Ecomobility) is a Spanish urban electric-mobility manufacturer headquartered in the Barcelona area, designing and building two- and three-wheel electric scooters and the L6e/L7e Silence S04 microcar, plus its own removable/swappable battery packs. It is one of Europe's largest electric motorcycle makers, with a factory and R&D centre near Barcelona and a dealer network across Europe. Acciona acquired a majority stake in 2021 and has continued to recapitalise the business, which posted heavy losses in 2024-2025; press in mid-2026 reported a search for a Chinese investor.
