Scutum Logistic (brand Silence) closed an €8.6M round co-led by Repsol and Caixa Capital Risc. CDTI, the Generalitat de Catalunya's Avançsa and existing shareholders also took part. The money went to launching the S01 scooter and the S03 delivery three-wheeler, and to expanding the sales team across Europe. Later changes of ownership were acquisitions or parent-company injections, not venture rounds: in 2021 Acciona bought Repsol's 18.34% stake and Criteria's stake, reaching control of about 99.94% of the company, and in 2025 it put in about €102M through two capital increases.
