Solardrone

Solardrone is a Trujillo-based B2B SaaS company that inspects and monitors photovoltaic plants using drones, thermal cameras and artificial intelligence. Its platform builds digital twins of solar modules to detect anomalies, predict how the assets will degrade and support predictive maintenance for solar asset managers. It also offers ARGOS, an autonomous drone system that inspects wiring and MC4 connections behind solar modules. Founded in 2017 by aerospace engineer José Quesada, the company has inspected more than 700 solar parks across Spain, Portugal and South America, and raised a €240,000 round from SeedRocket and business angels including Felipe Polo, Héctor García and Juanjo Mostazo.
