Mentiness is a B2B HR-tech company that applies people analytics, psychology and human-centred AI to employee wellbeing and manager development. Its SaaS platform combines scientific surveys and machine learning to spot risk factors such as burnout, disengagement, absenteeism and turnover before they happen. Its product LeIA lets managers rehearse difficult workplace conversations with AI-driven photorealistic avatars. Founded in 2021 in Vilagarcía de Arousa (Pontevedra, Galicia) by Javier Serrano and Rebeca Calvo, the company counts ONCE, Warner Bros. Discovery, Centum and Nobu Hotels among its clients, has raised seed-stage capital with backing from ABANCA Innova, and has received public funding through CDTI's NEOTEC programme and ENISA.
