Winahost is a Barcelona-based travel-tech company that manages holiday and short-term rental properties on behalf of owners. It combines a data-driven platform with an operations team: it lists properties on channels such as Airbnb, Booking and Expedia, sets prices dynamically, and handles multilingual guest support, cleaning, maintenance and regulatory compliance. In May 2026 it launched a B2B division that manages tourist apartment buildings and smart hotels. The company was founded in 2021 by Pol Aracil, Jordi Aracil and Albert Pérez. It reports more than 10,000 managed bookings, over €12M in rental income managed and operations in more than 20 Spanish cities. After two years of self-funding, it closed a €475,000 first round in October 2023, backed by members of the IESE Business Angels and Family Offices network, Open Learning Spain, private investors and an ENISA participative loan; it has also received support from BBVA Spark.
