HolaCamp is a Barcelona-based 'next generation' campsite operator that acquires, franchises and manages campsites across Spain and Portugal, upgrading them with glamping/bungalow accommodation, hospitality services, a direct booking platform and data-driven revenue management. Founded in 2023 and operating since 2024, it has rolled up 14-16 sites (Catalonia, Valencia, Asturias, Galicia, Aragón, Algarve), served 250K+ guests and 350K+ nights in 2025, and projects around €40M revenue in 2026. It raised a €10M Series A led by Belgian proptech fund AMAVI Capital in March 2025 and added €21M of debt financing from Banco Santander's Smart Fund in June 2025.
