Adaion is a Spanish AI company that builds grid-planning and optimisation software for electricity distribution utilities. Its platform combines a digital twin of the network (AdaionTwin), power-flow simulation and interconnection-request processing (AdaionPlan), grid visibility and failure prediction (AdaionInsights) and an LLM-based assistant (Adaion Copilot), and it claims more than 30 distribution grids optimised, with utilities such as Iberdrola/Unión Fenosa among the logos on its site. Headquartered in Churriana de la Vega (Granada, Andalusia) with a US presence as a Greentown Labs member in Boston, it raised a €2.6M seed round in late 2023 led by Investing Profit Wisely with Fondo Bolsa Social.
