Successful Capital is a Castellón-based venture capital management company (SGEIC) that the CNMV registered in January 2024. It is led by founder and General Partner Fran Piera. Its first vehicle, Successful Fund I FCRE, has a target size of €20M and a hard cap of €30M. The fund invests up to €500K in Spanish pre-seed technology start-ups that are less than two years old and valued under €5M, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS, and it adds a 90-day incubation programme to the capital. Its portfolio includes Aloja, Fresh People, Huru Ventures, Dost, Hippy, Tu Trámite Fácil and Innporting.
