Mentelem is a Spanish healthtech startup that runs clinical mental-health programmes for companies, combining psychological assessment of employees, personalised intervention plans, sessions with clinical psychologists and continuous monitoring/reporting for HR departments. It positions itself as a clinically-governed system supported by AI and data analytics rather than a wellbeing app, and is aimed at helping employers meet Spanish psychosocial-risk obligations (INSST). Founded by clinical psychologist Alejandro Pereira, winner of Spain's 2023 national young-entrepreneurship award in psychology, the company closed a c. €600K public-private round in 2026 led by Successful Fund I FCRE, with backing from ENISA/NextGenerationEU and the Órbita accelerator (CEEI Castellón). It is headquartered in Valencia.
