Barça Innovation Hub is the innovation and corporate venture arm of FC Barcelona. It was founded in 2017 and is based in Barcelona. It invests in early-stage startups working in sports technology, sports science and health, new media and fan engagement, and connected venues, often through media-for-equity deals in which the club's sponsorship assets are exchanged for equity alongside external investors. Its portfolio includes Made of Genes, Visualfy, Omniscope, Onalabs, Oliver, Riterz, Metrica Sports, Adspective and CeleBreak. Its best-known exit is Real Track Systems, which Hudl acquired in 2022.
