Hobeen is a Vitoria-Gasteiz-based energy-efficiency technology company that helps households cut their electricity, water and heating use and their carbon footprint. It sells a white-label platform to energy retailers, real estate companies, insurers, banks, solar installers and public institutions, made up of a mobile app, an administration portal and an energy dashboard; clients include TotalEnergies, Acciona, Neinor Homes, NB21 and the Basque Government's housing agency Alokabide. Founded in 2019 by Mario Fernández and backed by the Lanzadera accelerator, it relaunched in November 2025 as Camby, a consumer energy manager that compares more than 30 electricity retailers and switches users to the best tariff automatically. The company has raised about €1.3 million in public and private funding: a €130,000 first round with Enisa, Álava Emprende and BIC Araba, a €261,000 round led by The Holding Group with the founders of Metxa and business angels including Carlos Blanco, Enisa participatory loans, and grants from Fundación Repsol, IDAE (NextGenerationEU) and the Basque Government's Hazitek programme.
