Ourspace was a Barcelona-based software company that built a collaborative team-design platform for technology leaders. Its SaaS product gave managers a central, data-enriched view of employees' skills, seniority, experience and company goals, so they could design, restructure and redeploy cross-functional teams, cover vacancies and set clear accountability. Former executives from Hotjar, Spendesk and Glovo founded the company in 2022, and the team worked fully remote across Barcelona, Paris, London and Munich. In October 2022 Ourspace raised a $2.5 million pre-seed round led by Connect Ventures, with Seedcamp and angel investors including the founders of Maze, Grabyo and Skew by Coinbase taking part. The company shut down in late 2023.
