GG2G Algae Solutions
G2G Algae Solutions is a Seville-based biotechnology company that makes modular photobioreactor systems for growing microalgae. The systems are installed directly at customer sites and produce more than 4,000 litres of culture in less than 10 square metres. It serves farmers, agrifood and other polluting industries, and building operators, with uses in regenerating degraded soils, organic biostimulants and biofertilisers, treating industrial wastewater, and green filters that purify indoor air. Alongside the equipment it sells technical advice and the starter cultures needed to begin growing, and it acquired the microalgae producer AlgaYield. It was founded in 2019 in Gelves (Seville) and went through the Minerva accelerator programme. In December 2022 Grupo EULEN backed it with a €1 million loan that can be extended to €2 million.
