Gstock is a Madrid-based software company that sells cloud (SaaS) software for managing food and beverage stock in hospitality (restaurants, hotels and bars). Restaurants, hotel groups, dark kitchens and caterers use it to track raw-material use in real time and to handle purchasing, inventory, recipe costing and waste, with invoice scanning, AI sales forecasting, and links to till and accounting systems. Founded in 2012, it serves more than 1,800 venues, including Grupo La Fábrica, Grupo Arzábal, Casa Lorenzo, Goiko and Hotel Palace Barcelona. It raised three rounds from Spanish private investors, the third of €600,000, and in July 2024 was acquired by Everfield, a European long-term investor in B2B software companies.
