TalentFY is a Barcelona-based B2B recruitment platform for digital and tech roles. It links companies with a network of freelance specialist recruiters and uses its own AI to assign the best-suited recruiters to each vacancy, aiming to deliver shortlisted candidates within 10 days. Founded in 2019, it served more than 150 client companies within two years, including Telefónica, Barrabés and Beabloo. It raised about $551K in total, including a €300,000 seed round backed by business angels from Red Economistas BAN, COREangels and Firstech Ventures. In 2025 the executive search firm Boomerang (Talentor in Spain) bought its business, which now runs as Boomerang Intelligence.
