CClever Global
Clever Global is a Seville-based technology services company that helps large organisations register and approve suppliers, manage procurement and control contractors. It combines a cloud software platform with outsourced services: validating supplier and contractor documents, coordinating business activities for occupational risk prevention, and handling access control, field checks and audits. Founded in 2004 by Fernando Gutiérrez Huerta, it began expanding internationally in 2007. It built subsidiaries across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, including the United Kingdom, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, and served clients in more than 50 countries. The company listed on Spain's growth stock market (now BME Growth) in 2016 and raised €2M in convertible bonds from Inveready in 2021. In 2024 Business Software Group bought a majority stake and took it off the market, and Externalia, another company in the group, later absorbed it by merger.
