GGNE Finance
GNE Finance is a Barcelona-based climate finance firm that turns climate-action ideas into bankable, investment-ready projects for public and private organisations, with a particular focus on cities and on home and building renovation programmes. Its services cover technical and economic feasibility studies, business model design, capacity building, project structuring, and raising public and private capital for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation and accessibility retrofits. Since it was founded in 2016 by Eduard Puig MacLean and Davide Cannarozzi, the company has worked on more than 20 international projects worth over €50 million. Its funding has come mainly from European Union grant programmes rather than venture capital, starting with a roughly $977K grant in 2018.
