Palladium Corporate Ventures

Palladium Corporate Ventures is the Ibiza-based corporate venture capital vehicle of Palladium Hotel Group, set up in 2015 and managed by Encomenda Capital Partners (formerly Nekko Capital). It backs pre-seed and seed start-ups in travel, hospitality, leisure and catering, mainly in Spain, and gives portfolio companies access to the group's hotels and resorts to test and develop their products. It writes initial tickets of around €150K, with follow-on of up to €0.5M per company. Its portfolio includes Immfly, Exoticca, Premiumguest, Essentialist, Tipsi, Minube, BuscoExtra and Fudeat; exits include Aervio (acquired by BizAway) and Waynabox.
