Artikode Intelligence is a Valencia-based artificial intelligence company that analyses very large digital images. It was spun out of the Universitat Politècnica de València's CVBLab computer-vision research group in 2023 and was the university's first spin-off founded mainly by women. Its main product is PixNormous, a cloud platform for viewing, annotating and analysing gigapixel images with AI. The platform is used in biomedical imaging such as digital pathology, bone research and dermatology, and also in aerial, agritech and industrial imaging. The company also builds custom AI models for clients through its AI4YOU co-creation service, takes part in R&D projects, and develops products such as MuseoMind, an AI assistant for museums, and ADRIATICO, a water-network monitoring system.
