ShippedFlow is a Barcelona-based developer of cloud software that automates customs documentation for international trade. Its AI platform reads incoming emails and attachments such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading, then validates the documents, assigns HS tariff classifications and flags discrepancies. It connects to existing ERP systems through an API and is sold as SaaS to customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics operators and SMEs. Founded in late 2024 by Salvador Vallespí, Xavi Vallespí and Joan Pere Gómez, the company launched with the Barcelona Official College of Customs Agents (COACAB) at SIL 2025. In May 2026 it became the college's technology partner, and its customs data module now runs inside COACAB's MOLA platform. ShippedFlow is self-funded, with a small group of private shareholders.
