MOGU is a Madrid-based travel-tech SaaS platform that lets travel agencies, DMCs and tour operators design, share and get paid for travel proposals in minutes, combining proposal building, CRM, online payments and bookings, AI features and a traveler app. Founded in 2020 by a team that previously built and exited geospatial company Geographica (acquired by CARTO), it serves 400+ agencies worldwide and reports 50,000+ proposals created. In December 2024 it closed a €2.2M round led by 4Founders Capital, Athos Capital and Bynd Venture Capital to expand in the US, Spain and Mexico, targeting 2,000 agencies by 2027.
