ReviewPro is a hospitality guest-experience and online reputation management platform, founded in Barcelona in 2008 (originally as Review Rank), that aggregates and analyses guest feedback from 175+ online sources in 45 languages, plus guest satisfaction surveys, case management and guest messaging. It grew to serve thousands of independent hotels and groups (Meliá, Kempinski, citizenM, The Ascott) in 100+ countries. ReviewPro is no longer an independent startup — Shiji Group acquired a majority stake in January 2017 (~€26.4M / ~$28M) and it now operates as the 'Shiji Reviewpro Reputation' product line; the founders have all departed.
