Bipi is a Madrid-based car subscription platform offering all-inclusive monthly access to vehicles (insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, taxes) with flexible terms from 1-36 months and no down payment, historically operating across Spain, France, Italy and other European markets. Founded in 2017 and backed by VCs including Kibo Ventures, Maniv Mobility, Adevinta Ventures and Toyota Ventures (~$30M raised), Bipi was acquired by RCI Bank and Services (Renault Group) for ~€100M in July 2021 and now operates as a subsidiary rather than an independent VC-backed startup.
